Responsabilitati: | Reports to Commissioning Superintendent.
Execute pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up and Urea process operations activities. Operates in compliance with quality standards, requirements, HSE regulations and procedures.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Develop detailed pre-commissioning and start-up procedures according to Superintendent instructions.
• Prepare relevant Commissioning punch list,
• Assure that all pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up activities are duly performed in accordance with procedures, in conformity with HSE regulations and instructions received by Superintendent and/or Commissioning Manager.
• Assign tasks to Commissioning Engineers/Operators. Monitors execution. Ensure that all pre-commissioning and commissioning activities are carried out in accordance with procedures and schedules
• Liaise with Client Project Team, Project Management, Subcontractors, Vendor representatives
• Supporting Commissioning Superintendent and Manager in planning, mobilizing and coordination of manpower resources;
• Working closely with construction personnel to ensure that mechanical completion and pre-commissioning and commissioning priorities are properly addressed and executed
Qualifications & Experience:
• Engineering/Technical Diploma or degree;
• Fluent in written and spoken English language;
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Urea process operations;
• Experience in Commissioning, Start Up and Operations on major projects;
• PC literacy.
• Good technical, communicational and working skills;
• Able to communicate and cooperate with multinational team
