Responsabilitati: | Type of work Engineering /Construction of new Oil & Gas Plant located in EAU
The new gas processing complex is a grass-root facility. The site will be leveled as part of an early works site preparation contract and the installation of the main access road. The site is approximately 4.0 km2 and located between existing oil wells.
There are four EPC contract packages associated to the work which are as follows:
Early Works EPC contract
Non-Process Buildings EPC contract
Utilities and Offsites EPC contract
Process Plant EPC contract
The Process plant EPC package scope of work consists of a turnkey project for the engineering, supply, installation, commissioning and handover of the following process units and facilities:
Unit for Feed Gas compression
Unit for Condensate stabilisation
Units for Rich Gas Acid Gas Removal
Units for Lean Gas Acid Gas Removal
Units for Rich Gas Dehydration, Mercury Removal and NGL Recovery
Units forLean Gas Dehydration, Mercury Removal and NGL Recovery
Units for Sulphur Recovery and Tail Gas Treating Units
Unit for Fuel Gas system
Unit for Acid, Cold and hydrocarbon Flares
Unit for Sour Water Stripper
Scope shall include the following:
Process equipment, and piping within the Process units up to Utilities battery limits.
All piperacks within Unit limits and within Process EPC up to Utilities units battery limits
All foundations and steelwork within Process plant EPC package area
All undergrounds within Process plant EPC package area
All roads within Process Plant EPC package area
All fencing within Process Plant EPC package area
All buildings within Process Plant Units only including sub-stations, switchrooms, IESs, equipment shelters, operator facilities, satellite workshops etc
Utilities within Process plant EPC package area
Electrical scope includes Main Sub-station and any downstream electrical equipment including bulks will be supplied and installed
Instrumentation scope includes IES and any downstream instrumentation / equipment including bulks shall be supplied and installed

Describe Job: | Requirements:
B.S. or equivalent degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Chemical) from an accredited university with minimum fifteen (15) years relevant experience in the oil/gas industry. Must have been in CONSULTANTs organisation for at least five (5) years in similar position. An advanced degree in Engineering Management and/or training or experience in Project Management is desirable.
Requires demonstrated ability to manage engineering effort for major projects in major oil and gas companies in-house or as part of Consultants team.
Skill : Strong communication and team leadership
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Able to communicate in English language
